“Equitable Sharing” or Government’s ATM machine

Here is the wording/accusation from the DOJ report regarding illegal abuse of police powers to raise money in Ferguson, MO:

Ferguson’s law enforcement practices are shaped by the City’s focus on revenue rather than by public safety needs. This emphasis on revenue has compromised the institutional character of Ferguson’s police department, contributing to a pattern of unconstitutional policing, and has also shaped its municipal court, leading to procedures that raise due process concerns and inflict unnecessary harm on members of the Ferguson community.”
The report is 105 pages long and we offer a link for those who wish to see/read/grasp what one American bureaucracy can do when its leader wants to witch hunt something –  http://www.justice.gov/sites/default/files/opa/press-releases/attachments/2015/03/04/ferguson_police_department_report.pdf
According to the DOJ and their 105 page report which is the now cause célèbre of both bureaucrat Holder and his mouthpiece BHObama on this topic – the city of Ferguson committed the following major abuse:
·         In 2010, of its general fund revenue budget of $11.07 million, $1.38 million came from fines and fees collected by the municipal court system
·         In 2011, of its general fund revenue budget of $11.44 million, $1.41 from fines and fees
·         In 2012, they collected $2.11 million
·         In 2013, they collected $2.46 million
·         In 2014, they budgeted for $2.63 million
So, over the five years of the DOJ report focus, the average annual fine/fee collection was $ 2.0 million.  Two million dollars per year.   $10 million over five years.  Keep that number in mind and read on, please.
For some time now, in America, the United States department of justice and its many sister bureaucracies have been seizing cash and property – selling the property and spending the proceeds.  Here are Washington Post reporters, Horwith, Rich and O’Harrow, on this topic.
“Since 2008, thousands of local and state police agencies have made more than 55,000 seizures of cash and property worth $3 billion under a civil asset forfeiture program at the Justice Department called Equitable Sharing.

The program has enabled local and state police to make seizures and then have them “adopted” by federal agencies, which share in the proceeds. It allowed police departments and drug task forces to keep up to 80 percent of the proceeds of adopted seizures, with the rest going to federal agencies.”

$10 million over 5 years is worthy of 105 pages of DOJ rhetoric, accusations, race mongering speech giving by Holder and interference in local law enforcement; termination without trial of local bureaucrats and constant racist nonsense from Holder’s presidential mouthpiece and the entire Hollywood media with PBS holding the megaphone.  Meanwhile the DOJ collects billions under Holder's direction and calls it – equitable sharing.  Is this nuts?  No. this is America – politicians and government lawyers and judges pretending to administer justice.

Here is a bit more from the WP report:

“…follows a Washington Post investigation published in September that found that police have made cash seizures worth almost $2.5 billion from motorists and others without search warrants or indictments since the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

The Post found that local and state police routinely pulled over drivers for minor traffic infractions, pressed them to agree to warrantless searches and seized large amounts of cash without evidence of wrongdoing. The law allows such seizures and forces the owners to prove their property was legally acquired in order to get it back.”

Some years ago, a man used these words – “you don’t need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows” to describe the actions of other misguided but out of control American bureaucrats.  Unless and until America eliminates its bureaucracies and the millions of bureaucrats within, our decline will grow and magnify.

War on Babies: mission accomplished

Since Roe v. Wade in 1973, there have been 56,662,169 abortions in America.

Roe v. Wade was decided by 7 guys – here are their last names (president who nominated them):
Blackmun (Nixon), Brennan (Ike), Burger (Nixon), Douglas (FDR), Marshall (LBJ), Powell (Nixon), Stewart (Ike)
2 guys dissented – here are their names:
Rehnquist (Nixon), White (JFK)
All men.
Here is some of White’s dissent language –
“I find nothing in the language or history of the Constitution to support the Court's judgment. The Court simply fashions and announces a new constitutional right for pregnant women and, with scarcely any reason or authority for its action, invests that right with sufficient substance to override most existing state abortion statutes. The upshot is that the people and the legislatures of the 50 States are constitutionally disentitled to weigh the relative importance of the continued existence and development of the fetus, on the one hand, against a spectrum of possible impacts on the woman, on the other hand. As an exercise of raw judicial power, the Court perhaps has authority to do what it does today; but, in my view, its judgment is an improvident and extravagant exercise of the power of judicial review that the Constitution extends to this Court.”
And some from Rehnquist –
“To reach its result, the Court necessarily has had to find within the scope of the Fourteenth Amendment a right that was apparently completely unknown to the drafters of the Amendment. As early as 1821, the first state law dealing directly with abortion was enacted by the Connecticut Legislature. By the time of the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment in 1868, there were at least 36 laws enacted by state or territorial legislatures limiting abortion. While many States have amended or updated their laws, 21 of the laws on the books in 1868 remain in effect today.”
So, there you have it.  Seven men change the face of America; some 40+ years ago - 3 of them Nixon nominees; 2 from Eisenhower.  Even the two dissenters say nothing about a human life – a baby’s life – a tiny being just forming or maybe further along development.  They cite legal mumbo-jumbo; too afraid to face the utter inhumanity of their decision.
Unanticipated collateral damage from this 7/2 decision – the character of America.  It is a difficult challenge to successfully argue the concept of American exceptionalism and abortion which could explain why Obama doesn’t.  It is more difficult to explain the silence of us all about 56,662,169 million aborted human beings.

American Government War Record – W’s v. L’s

Let’s start with America’s foreign wars since WWII victory – those of size and note.

The Korean conflict was played to a stalemate – our side, South Korea, has developed into a mini manufacturing colossus.  The other side, North Korea, has not developed except in one arena – it has a nuclear weapon, or two or three.  Vietnam was an outright loss – a defeat of monumental costs in lives, strategy and capability.  This loss dominates American weakness overseas to this day.  Read its history:  Halberstam's, The Best and Brightest.
American government overseas war efforts in the last 20 years are woeful.  Every campaign, in Asia, Middle East and Africa, has won a few battles but not a single lasting victory.  In many cases the wins were Pyrrhic – short lived, the war lost.  We now know even though we cannot admit it – we are not able to accomplish a permanent objective using our military anywhere outside of our hemisphere.  Our enemies know.
At home, however, the American government has had much greater success with its wars.  It is winning or has won every domestic war.
The American government war on our middle class:
·         Won. The middle class has shrunk; those still in it are taking home much less pay; fewer benefits and little or no retirement security with one notable exception – government employees.  The US government has destroyed the private sector middle class to build the public employee union dominated middle class.
American government war on native born children:
·         Winning.  This war is proceeding quite well thank you.  Native born children enter American citizenship with hundreds of thousands of dollars of federal government debt – and in many cases additional tens of thousands of dollars of local municipal and state debt.  This form of early indoctrination into the ways of the American government prepares them for additional college and university debt – all promoted by the federal government in the form of easy to secure loans and massively inflated tuition costs resulting from unnecessary federal government support for useless and antiquated college curricula.  This used to be called – indentured servitude.
War on business:
·         WON.  Our federal government has destroyed the entire, vast American manufacturing base.  Killed it.  No greater success can be shown in the past 40 years than this accomplishment – our federal government destroying our capability to create, design, manufacture and assemble the highest quality products here at home.  There is a lesson for our American military as they flounder in their failed overseas missions.  Sending troops and armaments and spies and trillions of dollars to be wasted does not work.  But sending in bureaucrats and lawyers, by the tens of thousands, with massive rule books filled with indecipherable regulations – works in very short order.  Bureaucrats supported by taxes and irresponsible litigation will kill anything.  This tactic should be taught in our military academies and war schools because it works better than mustering battalions, regiments, brigades and divisions.
War on education:
  • Won.  This victory can be traced back to its exact root source and timing – Jimmy Carter, 1979 and the creation of the US Department of Education.  Ever since, this bureaucracy has used federal money to interfere with local education decision making, learning, test results, preparation for jobs and professions.   Every known metric of education performance has declined.  While our American government destroys education at home our friends overseas move forward.  We used to be first – we are not even in the top 25 today.  In about three decades!
The war on African Americans:
  • Federal government winning.  We may never know if many African Americans can find peace, success and assimilation in America.  We know that many have and do.  But the American government, led by its powerful majority political party, has enslaved a large portion of this community in urban areas without job prospects – without education prospects – in many cases illiterate and unskilled with no real future other than promises and peanuts for their vote.
Here is the fundamental – there is no greater destructive force on this planet than the unionized, American bureaucracy!  They win wars!  Quickly.  If America can ever find a political leader with an executable plan and a way to embed our unionized bureaucrats in the enemy camp - the enemy will be destroyed.

A Hollywood Government

TheFundamentals refers to America’s media as the Hollywood media because it is mostly make believe.  It ignores most issues of substance and simply rearranges the facts, conditions and circumstances via a screenwriter’s pen and then imagines the situation or scenario the way they would like it to be.  This is the way of Hollywood - make believe to sell tickets – to make money – to gain power via storytelling heavy on emotional pull.  And, it works.
People want to believe what is not true – rather than face that which is true.
This Hollywood media culture – this imaginary replacement of values, facts, fundamentals with propaganda coupled with journalism has embraced our….
….government.  Government is now mythology – make believe – a façade – a Hollywood set – screenwriters (government calls them speechwriters) and tax payer paid press secretaries (actually PR agents) with casts of thousands behind them spinning 'til their little imaginations run dry.   Government simply does not speak the truth.
So, few know that the highest number of working age Americans ever are not working.  They are collecting; but not contributing.  Don't tell anyone.
So, few know that the highest number of adult Americans ever are functionally illiterate – unable to read, write and speak the queen’s English which means they are destined to be either unemployable or only occupy entry level jobs permanently.
But don’t tell anyone.
So, few know that most large American counties and cities are insolvent.  Insolvency is a factual condition – liabilities exceed assets or inability to pay current obligations with current resources.   So what do they do?  They borrow and beg – they beg from a federal government that can print money and turn it over to the insolvent lesser municipal entities.  This is federal government enslavement – a direct violation of the constitution.
Few also know that it is not just cheap labor in China and Asia that draws American companies to manufacture products there and import them back to America.  It is taxes.  It is lawsuits.  Lawyers and judges deciding everything.  It is regulations that prevent factories, power plants, pipelines and refineries being built.  And it is an endless interference process from government bureaucracies and bureaucrats whose regulations are so time consuming that the business of business cannot be done.  So commerce departs.  Don’t tell anyone.
We do not see movies about such situations, do we?  We do not read lengthy articles about any of the above, do we?  What we do see and read are stories and movies about great accomplishments.  Heroes working for government.  War missions with spectacular bravery and commitment.  Lawyers fighting corporations – and winning.
Tomorrow we are going to take just one topic – look back at the last 50 or 60 years – and consider our American government’s Won – Loss record in its various wars – at home and overseas.
You will not find this report on any movie screen – in any politician’s campaign ad – in the state of the union message.  And very few will see/read it.   Don't tell anyone.

Hillary’s fate

This poor woman – this delight of the very carefully chosen audiences.  Here are some of her recent locations:

·         Emily’s list
·         Watermark silicon valley conference for women
·         University of Connecticut
·         UCLA
·         Many other universities
Unlike our Star Trek friends who boldly went were no man had gone before, Hillary only goes where no one dare speak ill of or question her.
Can you imagine what Putin or ISIS would do with this gal?
But forget about them – they are not the ones that our favorite harridan is concerned with, at this moment.  She is at the precipice of facing her fate and it is her old nemesis – the American press.  That’s right – she may blame the vast right wing conspiracy but they are not her worry.  She is facing 18 months of trying to deflect the attention of the press to a few bland governors and a few bland US senators.   The only one of that bunch that has any press lightning attraction capability is chubby from New Jersey and the press has worked him over pretty good.
Highly doubtful that a Walker or a Rubio or a Rand Paul will have the sex appeal and the audience draw – that talent to be a six or twelve month whipping boy for their red meat appetite.  Jeb could do it, because of the Bush name – the republicans need to ask Jeb to step aside.
There is only one candidate out there that could draw an extended press witch-hunt – our gal, the one and only:

Hillary will not get the hands-off treatment afforded Barack. With a little scheming and wise plotting by the opposition (she could be the best recent gift for republican presidential hopes) – Hillary is in for the all-time pounding of her life.  She knows it – that smile she puts on for her carefully chosen audiences is about to collapse because her media friends have nowhere else to go if they want to keep selling toothpaste, erection medications and sugary soda water concoctions to the masses.  That useless pack we call the Hollywood media needs red meat – by the truck load.  And we all know this as well as do those bright colored pantsuits our gal tromps around in – she is packing a hefty supply of red meat.

Save the Christians

Do you remember this saying – never forget? Or, never again?

Do you remember the subject matter of those slogans?
The holocaust.  9/11.  Other acts of atrocity and terror.  State acts.  Individuals.
Bibi is coming here to rant and rave about his problems.  Those of the Jewish state of Israel.  Lots of voices support Bibi’s view.  Lots of American voices.  And Hollywood media voices.
Here at home – few worry about Christians.  Seldom mentioned.
In the Middle East, Christians are simply being killed – or running for their lives.
Is Barack doing anything?
Is Bibi?
America is a very, very strange place these days.  We still are a Christian majority country.  Did you know that?
America collects more money than ever from its citizens – trillions of dollars.  It borrows more money than ever – trillions of dollars.  It prints more money than ever – trillions of dollars.  What is it doing to save Christians?   Do you know?  How much of those trillions upon trillions of dollars are being spent to save Christians?  After all, most of the money comes from Christians.
Is Barack offering sanctuary and citizenship to terrorized Christians?  Is Bibi?
The Jews worry about the Jews.  The Muslims sure don’t worry about Jews and Christians.  But the Christians are supposed to worry about Jews and Muslims while not speaking a peep about their own.
Such a deal.  Bibi and Barack may not care for each other but we got news for both – they deserve each other.
