Why do we the people come here – stay here – complain 24/7 but – not leave?

When one thinks about it – most if not all of the reasons most of our ancestors came here was to get away from what most of their/our fatheads (aka democrats and large piles of overweight smelly republicans) now want us to be – or become asap!!

Here is a simple question the answer to which we sought a while back – how long did it take the english folks (silly nincomPOOPs) our founders flushed to get the same job done back home (well a lot of ‘em moved to canada – not a bad suggestion today huh)?   If you don’t know – we suggest you look it up – many others moved much faster.

Shortly after our good founding women and men – lots of good young men gave all – kicked the british fatsos out TJefferson (TJ) wrote a note that addressed something we think is possibly overdue – here it is:

Extract from Thomas Jefferson to William Stephens Smith

Paris Nov. 13. 1787.
the people can not be all, & always, well informed. the part which is wrong [. . .] will be discontented in proportion to the importance of the facts they misconceive. if they remain quiet under such misconceptions it is a lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty. we have had 13. states independant 11. years. there has been one rebellion. that comes to one rebellion in a century & a half for each state. what country before ever existed a century & half without a rebellion? & what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? let them take arms. the remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon & pacify them. what signify a few lives lost in a century or two? the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. it is it’s natural manure.

Borrowed the above from:   http://tjrs.monticello.org/letter/100

Dare we repeat a few of TJ’s words….”What country has ever existed a century and a half without a rebellion?   And what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistence?”

“...the spirit of resistence...a century and a half...” – hmmnn, are we the people lost?  Our founders sure didn’t put up with “their rulers” crap (POOP) – did they?
